We finance energy projects that other brokers won't touch.
We work with installers, energy companies, and contractors on one thing: getting projects across the finish line. We understand the technology. We understand the customer's cash flow constraints. We move fast. And we're transparent about how we work.
What makes us different?
I notice that most finance brokers approach projects from the customer's credit profile first.
We do the opposite.
We start with the project itself. What's being installed? What's the payback? What's the customer's energy profile? What's the realistic cash flow impact?
This matters because it means we can finance deals that look risky on a balance sheet but make perfect sense on a project basis.
A customer with tight cash flow but a 3-year payback on solar?
We can do that.
A multi-property retrofit across five sites with different technologies?
We can do that.
A tenant who wants to upgrade their HVAC but doesn't own the building?
We can structure that.
We also don't require security on the building. We don't lock installers into exclusivity agreements. We don't gatekeep or restrict.
We work deal by deal. And we're aligned with you:
you get 30% of our commission when a project closes.
If we deliver, you'll come back. If we don't, you won't.
How it works
This is simple.
- You identify a project that's stalled because of finance.
- You send us the details.
- We quote within days.
- Your customer gets funded.
- The project happens.
You get paid.
Here's what we need from you:
- Project specs (technology, kW or units, cost, timeline )
- Customer info (company name, sector, approximate turnover)
- The problem (why is it stalled? What do they need?)
That's it. No lengthy applications. No credit checks you have to chase. No gatekeeping.
Real examples of deals we'd finance
Let me give you a sense of what we actually do:
Example 1: Multi-property LED retrofit
A facilities management company wants to upgrade LED lighting across three sites. Total project value £85,000. The customer has decent cash flow but wants to spread the cost. Traditional lenders see three properties and get nervous. We see a straightforward retrofit with a clear payback. We finance it.
Deal done.
Example 2: Solar plus heat pump
A manufacturing business wants to upgrade their HVAC system but they're a tenant, not the owner. Landlord won't pay. Traditional lenders won't lend to a tenant for building improvements. We structure it as an operational lease on the equipment.
Deal done.
Example 3: Tenant-funded energy efficiency
A manufacturing business wants to upgrade their HVAC system but they're a tenant, not the owner. Landlord won't pay. Traditional lenders won't lend to a tenant for building improvements. We structure it as an operational lease on the equipment.
Deal done.
Example 4: Multi-technology retrofit
A retail chain wants to do LED, solar, and voltage optimisation across five stores. Project value £180,000. It's complex. Most brokers won't touch it because it's too complicated. We break it down by site and technology. We finance the whole thing.
Deal done.
The Installer commission model
We work on commission. When a project closes, we earn a commission from the lender.
You get 30% of that commission.
This comes from our earnings, not from your customer's cost.
It has zero effect on what your customer pays.
We're aligned: we only win if the project closes.
We're transparent about this because we think it's the right way to work.
You're bringing us qualified deals. We're bringing you a finance solution that closes them. We both benefit. No hidden markups. No games.
What we finance
- Project value: £10,000 to £250,000
- Customer type: Limited companies only
- Sectors: Commercial, industrial, public sector, retail, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality
- Technologies: Solar, heat pumps, LED lighting, HVAC, power factor correction, voltage optimisation, EPC improvements, building retrofit, energy efficiency
- Deal types: Single-site projects, multi-property deals, multi-technology projects
What we don't do
- We don't recommend installers or suppliers. You bring the project, we bring the finance. We stay neutral.
- We don't lock you into exclusivity. Work with us when it makes sense.
- We don't require lengthy applications or credit checks upfront.
- We don't take security on the building.
Why installers work with us
I think the honest answer is: because we close deals that would otherwise stall. We move fast. We understand the project. We don't add friction. And we're transparent about how we make money.
We're not trying to build a "partner program" with gatekeeping and applications.
We're trying to remove a barrier that's holding your projects back.
If we do that, we'll hear from you again.
